This is selected when the house is empty. We will go through each room and evaluate exactly what would be necessary to stage to best enhance the features of the home. After being hired, we will select the necessary furniture and décor, coordinate rentals and then de-stage after your home is sold. It is highly recommended that you keep your home staged throughout the selling process.

 

This is selected when the seller’s personal furnishings are going to remain in the home while it is on the market. During our consultation, we will make note of certain items that should be moved to a different location or removed all together. We will try to work with as much of your existing furnishings as possible; this will help keep the cost down. After hiring us, we will then furnish you with this list of suggestions (pre-staging recommendations) and will schedule a time to come back after they are completed and actually do the redesigning of the space. If necessary, we will make recommendations for additional furniture or embellishments that will enhance your space further. Cost is based on amount of work to be done. NOTE: Redesign can also apply to moving in to your new space as well.

 

Sometimes it is just as important to stage a short sale property as it is any other property that is why we have come up with a program that makes it easy to choose what you want based on all your given parameters. We know that budget is the main issue so we have out for you. We offer three main packages that you can select from depending on your needs. This program was designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck; nice pictures for the MLS and a nice first impression. Simple yet effective.

 

You will receive a customized evaluation report with recommendations and improvements for each room (including a color consult). You will also receive a list of preferred vendors who can help you with these improvements. This is perfect for the DIY clients who are almost “there” but just not quite.

 

This may be necessary to update or complete a look in a room. We offer any style needed from contemporary to traditional, and everything in between. We can furnish any room necessary including the front porch and back patios. All can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.
